Over 30 Years of Locksmith Experience
The Lock Doc is a locally owned locksmith company built on more than 30 years of hands-on experience. Owner Terry Walker started the business on a simple idea: treat every customer like a neighbor, price jobs fairly, and show up when you say you will. That approach has earned The Lock Doc a loyal following and a 4.5+ star reputation across 145+ Google reviews.
Commercial & Residential Expertise, Plus Full Automotive Support
Today, Terry personally leads our commercial and residential work – re-keys, dead bolts, key entry knobs, master key systems, and safe service, repair, and installation for businesses and homeowners across Chattanooga, Ringgold, and East Ridge. On the automotive side, our team (led by Terry’s son) handles vehicle lockouts, new ignition keys, transponder chip keys, and high security key duplication for cars, vans, trucks, RVs, tractors, trailers, and emergency vehicles.
Licensed, Insured & Bonded
Every technician who shows up at your home, business, or vehicle is licensed, insured, and bonded, so you can trust the job is done right and your property is protected.
